WebVibes Shipping Policy

At WebVibes (webvibes.co.za), we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your purchases.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received and confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During peak seasons such as Black Friday, festive sales, or promotions, order processing may take slightly longer due to high demand.


2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We partner with trusted South African courier services to ensure reliable delivery nationwide. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or regional factors outside our control.

Delivery Estimates:

  • Local and regional orders: 2–5 business days

  • International products delivered within South Africa: 15-30 business days


3. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are R100.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel via the courier’s website.

You can also contact our support team if you have trouble tracking your order.


5. Delivery Address and Responsibility

Please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete when placing your order.

WebVibes is not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If your parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or non-collection, reshipping costs will be charged.

Once your order has been handed to the courier, we cannot change the delivery address.


6. Delivery Issues

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated time, appears lost or damaged, or was marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us at accounts@webvibes.co.za within 7 business days.

We will investigate with the courier and assist in resolving the issue.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or missing items:

  • Take clear photos of the packaging and products.

  • Email them to accounts@webvibes.co.za within 48 hours of receipt.

We will investigate and, if applicable, arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Return and Refund Policy.


8. International Shipping

At this stage, WebVibes currently ships within South Africa only.

However, please note that internationally sourced products may take 8–14 business days for delivery within South Africa.

For cross-border delivery requests, please contact us directly before placing your order.


9. Delays and Force Majeure

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by natural disasters, weather events, strikes, labour disputes, courier operational delays, or customs clearance for international shipments.

However, we will always communicate proactively if your order is affected.
